Os níveis dos rios acreanos continuam subindo e preocupando o comando da Defesa Civil Estadual. Na manhã desta sexta-feira, 31, os rios Acre, Iaco e Juruá apresentaram grande elevação. Os órgãos do sistema já preparam o plano de contingência em todas as cidades do Acre.

Segundo Carlos Gundim, comandante da Defesa Civil, o único manancial que apresentou redução no volume das águas foi o Rio Tarauacá, e segue com 9,8m. Gundim esclareceu que o Estado em parceria com as prefeituras já montou esquema de atendimento às famílias, caso haja necessidade. “Em Rio Branco nós já temos 100 boxes montados e caso seja necessário a nossa equipe entrará em ação de maneira imediata”, afirmou.
