Rio Tarauacá registra vazante neste domingo

O Rio Tarauacá apresentou vazante na tarde deste domingo, 25, chegando à marca de 10,54 m, de acordo com medição realizada pelo Corpo de Bombeiros. No sábado, 24, a Defesa Civil informava em seu boletim diário que o rio registrava 10,70 m. O comandante do Corpo de Bombeiros, coronel Gundim, está em Tarauacá prestando apoio à prefeitura do município e às famílias atingidas.

“A vazante do Rio Tarauacá ocasionou a suspensão dos pedidos de retirada de famílias que estavam em áreas alagadas. Após um reconhecimento nas áreas atingidas, foi constatado que faltam 51 centímetros para o rio alcançar a cota da última alagação”, afirmou Gundim.

A Defesa Civil do Estado permanece no monitoramento constante dos rios, fazendo medições a cada três horas dos principais rios e afluentes.
