Festival de Gastronomia da Semana Santa segue até domingo

Com a proposta de oferecer receitas elaborados a partir dos produtos da Peixes da Amazônia, o Festival de Gastronomia da Semana Santa segue até o domingo, 4, em 17 restaurantes da capital. Além dos pratos típicos e já conhecidos, como a moqueca de tambaqui, o público poderá experimentar iguarias como o ceviche de pirarucu e o carpaccio de surubim.

O evento é uma realização da Associação Brasileira de Bares e Restaurantes no Acre (Abrasel) e tem a parceria do governo do Estado, por meio da Agência de Negócios do Acre (Anac) e da Escola de Gastronomia e Hospitalidade do Acre, projeto idealizado pela primeira-dama Marlúcia Cândida.
