Peixe do Acre compõe cardápio de restaurante paulista

PeixeAmazonia10741074Pirarucu produzido no Acre acompanhado de palmito. Esse é o prato que vem fazendo a vez no cardápio do restaurante Pobre Juan, em São Paulo.

Recentemente, a Peixes da Amazônia passou a fornecer o pescado para a rede, que possui dez restaurantes espalhados pelo Brasil. De acordo com o gerente Silvano Toneli, no momento duas espécies são oferecidas pela casa, mas o pirarucu é o preferido pela clientela.

PeixeAmazonia10711071Sobre a qualidade do produto acreano, ele atesta: “É excelente e muito procurado. Com uma saída cada vez maior, ele já nosso campeão de pedidos e está no nosso menu diário”.

O chef do restaurante, Elder Justo, confirmou que o pescado do Acre atende ao padrão de exigência do mercado. “Já tínhamos o pirarucu no cardápio, mas a Peixes da Amazônia tem um diferencial no padrão e, por isso, passou a ser nossa fornecedora principal. É um peixe de boa gramatura e de muita qualidade, só temos recebido elogios”, afirmou.
