Com a constante necessidade de se comunicar e interagir, aumenta a procura do consumidor pelos serviços de telefonia e TV por assinatura. Porém, o consumidor deve estar atento aos seus direitos. A chefe da Divisão de Fiscalização do Programa de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor do Acre (Procon/AC), Francisca Brito, dá algumas orientações a respeito.

“É importante que o consumidor esteja atento a essas informações para que possam fazer uma melhor utilização do serviço contratado. E mais importante ainda é saber quais são as obrigações das empresas prestadoras desses serviços, para que as reclamações sejam feitas de maneira consciente, no caso de má prestação do serviço ou quebra de contrato”, explica Francisca Brito.
