A precipitação pluviométrica acumulada até esta terça-feira, 28, são de 351,5 milímetros, de acordo com os dados da Defesa Civil Estadual,  esta quantidade é superior a média do mês de janeiro, que são 279,9 milímetros. Este fato explica, porque o nível dos rios subiram e houve preocupação com a cota de alerta. No entanto, os rios retornaram ao nível normal e as aferições em todos os municípios comprovam a normalidade.

O Rio Acre está com 9,91 metros em Rio Branco, 9,64 em Assis Brasil , 6,54 em Epitaciolândia  e 7,63 na altura de Xapuri. O Rio Iaco desde sexta-feira está abaixo da cota de alerta e hoje está com 11,56 metros. Os Rios Juruá e Tarauacá também seguem esse padrão, estando com 8,10 e 7,59 metros respectivamente.
